Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping only (Express and Overnight are not available). Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, and the $75 free-shipping threshold does not apply to AK/HI orders.
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order code and email address from your confirmation email. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation.

Yes. All transactions are processed by PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number on our servers.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Email help@magentaboutique.us with your order number to start a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed and appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned after 15 days of delivery, or returned without original tags. There is no fee if you return an unworn item with tags within 15 days, or if the item was defective or incorrect.

Yes, as long as the item is in stock and meets our return eligibility. Email us to start an exchange — exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee if the item is unworn with tags.

Each product page includes a size chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements in inches and centimeters. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our knits and dusters, which run true-to-relaxed.
Hand wash cold or use a gentle/wool cycle, lay flat to dry, and store folded rather than on a hanger to prevent shoulder stretching. Avoid the dryer, which can shrink natural fibers.
Wash inside out in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry to preserve stretch and color. Avoid high heat, which breaks down the elastane in stretch fabrics over time.
