How long does it take to hear back?
We respond within 1–2 business days, usually much sooner. Our team is based right here in the shop on Front Street.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order, before it enters processing. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you accept payment methods other than PayPal?
PayPal checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover in addition to PayPal balance.
Can I visit the shop in person?
Yes! We are located on Front Street in Leavenworth, Washington. Everything sold online is also on the rack in-store.
